Please use the 'forgot my password' function on the 'Sign In' page. The Learning Hub will send you a link to set up a new password.

I am an operator and would like to complete the PIPA operator training course, but I am not aware of the in-person training dates
PIPA operator courses are provided by some PIPA inspectors. Please contact your local or regular PIPA inspector to find out whether they are providing operator courses. We hope to add functionality to this site in the future to advertise upcoming training courses provided by PIPA inspectors.

How do I update my details on the PIPA Learning Hub?
Visit your profile section, which can be found by clicking 'Me' at the top of the page, then 'profile'. A button to edit your details can be found under your name on this page.
Your email address can be updated under the 'general' tab.

How do I view receipts for courses I have paid for?
Visit your account, which can be found by clicking 'Me' at the top of the page, then 'account'.
Can I change the notification emails which I receive from the PIPA Learning Hub?
I'm afraid at this moment, you cannot change the types of notification email you receive from the learning hub.
How do I update my details on the PIPA Learning Hub, which I have submitted for Operator Training?
The form used within the operator training pre-reading course can only be completed once. If any of your details need to be updated, or may have been incorrect, please use the contact us form.
Questions about courses
When I visit a section within the course content, I get an error message
If your error message says '500, Failed to read the 'localStorage' property from 'Window': Access is denied for this document.' Then please check you are not in 'private' or 'incogneto' mode on your browser. Some of our learning products use external sites which require a public functionality.

General advice for accessing the course content
- Use the navigational 'next' and 'previous' buttons at the top of the page once you have completed that particular section. These appear as arrows on a mobile device.
- This course can be accessed on all types of devices, but it is best viewed on a tablet or a computer.
- Once you have completed the section, a tick will appear in the left summary box, and the percentage completion will increase
- The certificate of completion will be available once all sections have been completed

Under the section of achievements, you will find the courses you have completed. Alongside the badges for these courses is a PDF download button to get a copy of your certificate.
